It utilizes self-contained rear-mounted refrigeration with an electronic thermostat and a digital LED temperature display, maintaining a precise temperature range of 33°F to 41°F.
Equipped with a 9"D cutting board, the AMT48R includes (18) 1/6 clear Lexan pans for easy ingredient access. The unit features (2) vaulted solid hinged self-closing doors that open to a 90° angle for convenience, along with (2) wire shelves for organized storage.
