The Atosa ICE140-S Water Filtration System is designed specifically for ice machines, ensuring optimal water quality for your ice production. This system features a 3M™ Water Filtration Products filter with a compact design measuring 14-7/8"H x 5-1/16"D. It includes a valve-in-head for easy maintenance and a 1/4-turn shut-off valve for quick access. With a maximum pressure rating of 125 psi at 100°F, it delivers a flow rate of 2.1 gallons per minute.
The filter operates at a 0.2-micron level, effectively reducing cysts, bacteria, sediment, and chlorine taste and odor, while also minimizing scale buildup. It has a capacity of 25,000 gallons, making it suitable for ice machines that produce up to 1000 lbs of cubed ice or 1800 lbs of flaked ice, including models Atosa YR140, YR280, YR450, and YR800. The system comes complete with an integral mounting bracket and an O-ring seal cartridge filter, featuring 3/8" FNPT connections for straightforward installation.
