The Cambro UPC160192 Ultra Pan Carrier is an insulated plastic food carrier designed for optimal temperature retention. It accommodates one full-size or fractional GN pan up to 6 inches deep, with an approximate capacity of 20 quarts. This carrier keeps food hot for up to 4 hours (between 190° - 179° F) and cold for up to 4 hours (between 33.9° - 35.8° F).
Featuring four E-Z grip molded-in handles and four nylon over-center latches, it ensures easy transport and secure closure.
