This compact torch measures 8" x 7" x 2" and features an 8 oz. capacity, providing up to 3 hours of continuous burn time per canister. Equipped with a push-button automatic ignition for effortless lighting, it also includes an anti-flare device for enhanced safety during use. Capable of reaching temperatures up to 2012°F (1100°C), the CT100 is perfect for caramelizing, browning, and finishing dishes to perfection. Each torch is individually packaged and is compatible with Hollowick's #BF008 butane fuel canisters, with 12 torches available per case.
