The Piper SBH-2-PWB is a versatile mobile dispenser designed for efficient heating and serving of plates and wax bases. This combo unit features a convection heating system with two self-leveling adjustable cylinders: one silo accommodates plates ranging from 7-1/2" to 10-1/4" in diameter, while the other holds up to 60 wax bases measuring 9".
Equipped with an adjustable digital thermostat, the unit maintains plates at a consistent 180°F and wax bases at 290°F, ensuring optimal serving temperatures. With a heating time of just 75 to 90 minutes, it is ideal for busy environments.
The design includes two soft-close hinged lids and fully insulated top and sides for energy efficiency. The stainless steel dispenser mechanisms feature adjustable springs for smooth operation. Built for durability, the heavy-duty stainless steel exterior is complemented by an enclosed base and corner bumpers for added protection. Mobility is enhanced with four 5" swivel plate casters, two of which are equipped with brakes for stability during use.
