The Vollrath 40812 Vacuum Sealer Bags are designed for efficient food packaging, measuring 6" x 12" with a total thickness of 3.9 ml. These bags are compatible with out-of-chamber vacuum pack machines and are ideal for Sous Vide cooking. They can withstand a maximum cooking temperature of 158°F (70°C) and are not suitable for liquids. Each pack contains 100 bags, providing ample supply for your food preservation needs.
